Our Story

Started in Kampala, Growing Across Uganda

ConnectUG was founded in 2018 by a group of young Ugandan technologists who saw a critical gap: small businesses across Uganda were being left behind in the digital revolution because most solutions were too expensive, too slow, or simply not designed for local realities.

We built ConnectUG from scratch — starting with one small office in Kampala, a laptop, and a big idea. Today we serve thousands of businesses from Arua to Kabale, from Gulu to Jinja.
